This month our Power Apps community call host, Todd Baginski continues to deliver and brings us some of the most exciting technology to hit the Power Platform.  This month Todd will be show casing Mixed Reality with Power Apps, Power Automate integration with Power Virtual Agents and enhancing your Chatbots using entities .

Announcing Power Apps Demo Extravaganza 2.0!

The PowerApps Demo Extravaganza for 2019 was a huge success with 5,000 people interacting in this community event.  In the July 2020 Power Apps community call we are going to repeat this great event and showcase awesome things the community is doing with Power Apps!

If you have a cool Power Apps demo and are looking to share it we would love to host you on the July
Power Apps Community Call.

Here’s how it works:

  • The Demo Extravaganza takes place during the July 15th Power Apps Community Call.
  • 5 contestants will demo their Power Apps during the call.
  • Each contestant gets 8 minutes to demo their app and provide a high-level overview of how it works under the hood.
  • The Power Apps Community Call audience picks the winner!

How to enter:

  • Anyone can enter to be a contestant.
  • To enter, post your entry here in the Power Apps Demo Extravaganza Gallery before June 16, 2020.

How the finalists are chosen:
  • Community voting determines which contestants will participate in the Demo Extravaganza.
  • Community voting lasts through June 16, 2020.
  • To cast a vote, simply click the thumbs up next to an entry in the gallery.
  • The top 5 entries with the most votes will be the finalists.

Todd Baginski


I’m a proud Partner, and the CTO at Canviz where I am currently leading several projects that include PowerApps, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint Framework, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, full web stack, and numerous other technologies.

Sharing my expertise and knowledge with others is important to me, I love to teach. I’ve been blessed to receive the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award for the last 13 years. This award recognizes my contributions to the technical communities I am a part of.

For over a decade, I have created close relationships with the Microsoft SharePoint & Azure teams which provides me access to early releases. My team and I work closely with the Microsoft teams before products are released publicly to develop training and samples that are distributed worldwide to architects and developers.

I give back to my local community by coaching and growing youth sports teams; emphasizing hard work, excellent sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership.

Daniel Christian


Daniel Christian has over 11 years of SharePoint experience starting with SharePoint Portal 2003 . His area of expertise includes SharePoint On-Premises architecture, maintenance and administration, SharePoint Online administration. He is a big fan of building no-code solutions and reporting. Currently, he is focused on PowerApps and its integration using Gateway with SharePoint Server 2013 and 2016. Besides writing blogs, Daniel enjoys working with musical holiday lights and photography. Reza Dorrani

Reza is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP & Principal consultant at Catapult Systems.   He is a Microsoft Power Apps & Microsoft Power Automate community dual super user.  He was awarded the Microsoft Flow All Star award by the community.  He is also the founder and leader of the Houston Power Apps and Power Automate User Group
