On CDS database being provisioned, we used to install a CDS Management package on the database (instance). With much deeper integration between PowerApps and Dynamics 365, we now don’t need this additional package and everything comes out of the box.

Last month, we added a capability for IT admins to get visibility on the apps by downloading the list of apps built in their organization. With the launch of the ‘App Resources List,’ admin will now be able to manage their organization’s app from the PowerApps admin center.

As an environment admin, you can now download a list of apps being created in the environment from the PowerApps admin center. If you are an Office 365 Global admin or an Azure Active Directory tenant admin, you can download the list of apps for all the environments in your organization. The list contains the app name, the creator of the app, the connector that the app uses to connect to the data source, and other information.
