The internal time zone service in Common Data Service is being deprecated in favor of using the Windows API for all time zone calculations. This means that we are restructuring the time zone entities in Common Data Service and changing the way things work.

Portals Web API enables building a richer user experience inside Power Apps portals pages. You can use Web API to create, update, and delete operations across Common Data Service entities (excluding configuration entities) from your portal pages.

You can now troubleshoot forms in model driven apps using the new monitoring tool.
» Read more We are continuing to improve how we handle cascading operations in the Common Data Service for model driven apps and Dynamics 365 to allow you to be more productive. Last year, we made core changes to cascade assign and delete. Now we are making similar improvements to merge operations.
