To enable users of varying skills sets to consistently and efficiently build stunning performant apps with investments in modern experiences, reusable custom controls and best practices support via the enhanced Solution checker.

Enterprise-grade performance and scalability:

To provide organizations with a platform that scales with their needs: from simple to sophisticated apps with enhanced tools that provide performance and stability checks, deeper visibility into usage and resource consumption and enhanced support for admins.

Unified application platform:

To provide a consistent experience for building apps and extending Office 365 and Dynamics 365. Investments include enhancements on Unified Interface, support for embedding canvas apps in model-driven apps and native support of the Common Data Service for Apps.
