The Power Platform is meant to create tools or applications with no code and the addition of power automate offering will further enable it to immerse in the automation ecosystem.

Genpact identified this as an opportunity to train its workforce basis potential sales leads from fortune 500 companies. Therefore, Genpact planned to create a future ready workforce on Power Automate & related tools

using its homegrown Intelligent Automation Capability and competence framework.

In this emerging world, traditional talent acquisition (i.e., the notion of having to write a job requisition, posting it on a job board, waiting weeks for applicants, and going through a six-month hiring exercise) will no longer be acceptable – especially given the rapid pace at which required skills evolve.

Building on work done by MIT, The Intelligent Automation Capability and competence framework is focused on harnessing the collective intelligence of people who work together and leveraging existing experts within the organization to curate knowledge for others. As a part of this project, Microsoft Power Automate & Power tool Knowledge, assets and experience for 900+ resources was created over a period of 4-6 weeks. Capability development was carried out through trainings, use cases, working sessions to enhance the team. An In-house knowledge dissemination platform, played a key role in the journey of competency building by providing learnings as an amalgamation of four elements- Digital, Industry, Service line and professional.
