Get visibility into the apps that your organization is building!

As an environment admin, you can now download a list of apps being created in the environment from the PowerApps admin center. If you are an Office 365 Global admin or an Azure Active Directory tenant admin, you can download the list of apps for all the environments in your organization. The list contains the app name, the creator of the app, the connector that the app uses to connect to the data source, and other information.

Managing apps with Save and Publish

We are excited to introduce an explicit Publish action for app authors so they can control when apps are made available to users. This will enable authors to incrementally update the app, and test them inside Studio without publishing any intermediate versions to end users. Users will see the app updates only after app authors have saved and published their changes.

This capability allows you to reuse components and designs that you have made in other apps without rebuilding and restyling. Anyone can now copy controls with their formulas and properties from another app to their own. Want to reuse that specially styled dropdown you made in another one of your apps? Copy and paste it by selecting the desired control(s), use the keyboard command Ctrl/Cmd+C, navigate to another app in the web browser, and use the keyboard command Ctrl/Cmd+V.
