We have resolved the issue with the scroll bar in the panel for connecting Flows. A fix will roll out in version 3.19023.6, which is in about 2 weeks depending on your region.

It is a known issue that the panel for connecting a flow to an app is missing a scroll bar. To view the flows in the panel at this time, please use your browser's zoom capability to zoom out to find the flow of your choice.

Users with Office 365 Business, Office 365 Enterprise E1, Office 365 Enterprise E2 or Office 365 F1 licenses are being prompted to sign-up for free PowerApps premium trial when using apps containing custom connectors or on-premises gateway. This is in line with the corresponding licensing entitlements and customers are seeing this now due to roll out of improved license enforcement. This will help customers stay compliant with the licensing guidelines. Please refer the PowerApps pricing page for a complete list of licensing entitlements.

Apps that communicate with the Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata may experience an error: "No user found with the specified id.\r\nclietnRequestid Office365Users."

At this time, please use Office365Users.UserPhotoV2() to retrieve a user's photo rather than the combination of Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata and Office365Users.UserPhoto.

Apps that are connected to SQL that do not show data in a dropdown control can be resolved by disabling an advanced feature. To do this, open the app and go to File > App Settings > Advanced Settings and disable the toggle for "Explicit column selection."
